The punctuality and reliability figures for the end of June/July 2007 are as follows:

Reliability 99.53%

29th June - M5 closed causing severe dealys of up to 45 minutes to Services 21 and 21A between Taunton and Burham-on-Sea.
13th July - Heavy traffic in Bridgwater on Taunton Road and Bristol Road caused delays to Services 1, 21, 21A of between 6 and 30 minutes.
24th July - Service 21 was delayed at Bridgwater by a parade.
25th July - Delays at Saltford caused by road works.
