Punctuality and Reliability stats for end of Dec 2007/January 2008.
There are a variety of ways in which we monitor our performance internally and daily traffic reports help us to identify why some of our services could have been delayed on a particular time/day. The examples below are listed to demonstrate the range of issues that can affect how we operate our services.
As an operator of local bus services we constantly aim to achieve standards of punctuality and reliability set by Traffic Commissioners who are responsible for the regulation of the bus and coach services in the United Kingdom.
The required standards are 95 % punctuality where a vehicle can be NO MORE than 1 minute early of 5 minutes late at any terminus point.
During the period between 29 December 2007 to 16 January 2008 in Bristol are figures are as follows:
Punctuality: 84.6
Reliability: 97.2
