Service Changes in the Bath area from 27 September- Amendment

University Services:

After discussions with the University of Bath about the safe operation of buses within the University gounds, Service 11 which was due to commence 27 September will now not operate.
Service 410 will no longer run and will not be partially replaced with Service 11. Customers can alternatively use services 18,418 or 419 from the City Centre to travel to University of Bath.

First apologises for any inconvenience this may cause.


Arrivals and departures at Bath Spa University on Service 418 will be 10 minutes earlier on Monday to Saturday following a request from the University. There will also be an additional journey in the early evening to the City Centre.

Certain journeys will be re-routed via Lower Bristol Road to serve the Halls of Residence instead of Windsor Bridge and Newbridge Road " these will be renumbered as Service 419.

The timetable of service 18 is also changing to accommodate changes to Service 418, with one additional journey in the early evening to the City Centre.


There are also minor changes, mainly on Monday to Saturday, to services 2, 5 (all week), 17 and 234 to improve punctuality and reliability.
