Changes to Service 17/17A timetable from 19th July 2009

In order to improve the reliability of service 17/17A during August the service will be split at Penzance. From Sunday 19th July this route will effectively become two services.

Unfortunately experience of operating this route has shown that queuing traffic through Crowlas along the A30 causes delays to the service. Buses operating from St Ives to Penzance will now serve the A30 bypass, St Clare Street and Market Jew Street and Penzance Bus Station. Buses to St Ives will depart via Chyandour Street, customers are able to board in Penzance Town Centre on the inbound journey in order to travel back to St Ives. The route of buses to St Just remains unchanged.
