Emergency road closure in Porthlevan affecting First service 2 - Tuesday 17th February 2009

We have been informed by the Devon & Cornwall Police that the A394 between Breage and the Porthleven turn will be closed at 0900 for approximately 2 hours for the recovery of a HGV which was involved in an incident on 16th February.

Due to being given such short notice it is with regret that service 2 will be disrupted for the period of the closure as there is no suitable diversion.

The 0845 and 0945 departures from Penzance will turn at Breage to become the return trips 0928 and 1023 from Breage to Penzance
The 0825 and 0920 departures from Falmouth will turn at Porthleven to become the 0924 to Falmouth and the 1023 to Helston.

Customers may wish to consider delaying their journey if possible until the road is re-opened or use an alternative route (service 18 Penzance to Camborne, service T20 between Camborne and Helston,or service 41 Camborne to Falmouth)
