Bideford Long Bridge evening closure affecting First service 1/2 from Monday 10th August 2009

Bideford Long Bridge will be closed from 1900 each evening between Monday 10th and Friday 14th August in order to carry emergency re-surfacing works.

During the bridge closure the bus stops on Bideford Quay will not be served by the following service 1/2 journeys:

1835 Barnstaple to Appledore, 1905 Barnstaple to Westward Ho! & 1935 Barnstaple to Appledore, 2005 Barnstaple to Bideford, 2105 Barnstaple to Bideford, 2205 Barnstaple to Bideford & 2305 Barnstaple to Bideford

A diversion will be in place as follows:

Normal line of route to Westleigh Straight then operate via Bideford Torridge Bridge & Kingsley Road turning at Morrisons Supermarket, then picking up normal line of route to Westward Ho! & Appledore. The return journeys will operate via Morrisions Supermarket Kingsley Road & Torridge Bridge picking up normal line of route at Westleigh Straight.
