Bideford Christmas Lights Switch On Saturday 28th November

On Saturday 28th November between 1200 and 2000 First services 1, 2 & X85 will be unable to serve Bideford Town Centre and Bideford Quay which will be closed during the lights switch on. Diversions will be in place as follows:

Services 1 & 2 will be unable serve Bideford Quay & Old Barnstaple Road bus stops from 1200 to 2000. During this time all services from Barnstaple will follow the normal line of route to Westleigh Straight before diverting over Bideford Torridge Bridge following Kingsley Road to Bideford Pill Car Park where temporary bus stops will be situated. Services from Westward Ho! & Appledore will follow the normal line of route towards Bideford before turning in Bideford Pill Car Park and then heading out of Bideford via Kingsley Road and Torridge Bridge before picking up normal line of route at Westleigh Straight.

Service X85 from Plymouth will drop passengers at Tantons Hotel and divert over Bideford Long Bridge along Barnstaple Street and picking up normal line of route Westleigh Straight.
