Punctuality and reliability for First Hampshire and Dorset

We seek to operate our local bus services to the standards set by the Traffic Commissioners who are responsible for the regulation of bus and coach services in the United Kingdom.

The required standards are 95% punctuality where a vehicle can be no more than 1 minute early or 6 minutes late at any terminus point. The reliability target is set at 99% of the timetabled scheduled mileage.

Both reliability and punctuality were maintained at the previous month's levels in December.
