Portsmouth Park & Ride: Travel to Southsea for £1.

First are pleased to announce that, starting on Saturday 16 May 2009, customers using the Park and Ride service can purchase tickets to eneable them to travel to and from the Southsea area.

Customers catching the bus at the Northarbour car park can purchase £1 adult tickets and 50p child tickets, which will allow them to change at either the City Centre or Gunwharf and travel on normal services buses to and from Southsea.

The ticket may be used on normal services 1 1A 1C 5/5A 6/6A 15 16/16A 17 to travel in an area bounded by Clarence Pier, South Parade Pier, Festing Hotel, and Fratton Bridge.
