Please make sure you have a First photocard for your initial purchase of a FirstMonth or First3Month ticket - to obtain your photocard write to Marketing, First, Abbey Lane, Leicester, LE4 0DA, stating your requirement for a Staffordshire photocard and include a passport size photograph and return address.
