If you have lost any property on board one of our buses please contact our customer service team in one of the following ways:

Please note that it can take several days from the initial loss to the item arriving at the Lost Property Office.
Photographic identification will be required on collection of the item.
Lost property is held for three calendar months from the date of its loss.
