Concessions
If you are over 60 or registered disabled and hold a valid English National Concessionary Permit you are entitled to free travel on our buses between 09:30 and 23:00 Monday to Friday and all day weekends and Bank Holidays.
Norfolk
In addition to the National Concessionary Scheme, Norfolk County Council provide free travel for concessionary pass holders between 9:30am and 11pm Monday to Friday on our Norfolk bus services.
Suffolk
In addition to the National Concessionary scheme, Suffolk County Council provide free travel for concessionary pass holders between 9:30am and 11pm Monday to Friday on our Suffolk bus services.
