Who is eligible to be a Superstar?

Anyone who works on buses operated by First can be nominated – without exception. Think of people who make the business run smoothly and whose contributions have made a difference.

Of course our drivers and the faces that meet the public can be voted Superstars but behind the scenes we have our ‘unsung heroes’ who make sure the bus arrives on time, is smooth, quiet and clean, they too can be nominated.

Think about the real contribution of every member of staff and whether it deserves to be recognised and rewarded.
