Who can be nominated as a Superstar?

Anyone who works on buses operated by First can be nominated – without exception. Think of people who make the business run smoothly and whose contributions have made a difference.

Of course, our drivers are the faces that meet the public every day and deliver great customer service, but there are also many 'unsung heroes' who work behind the scenes and go the extra mile.

Think about the real contribution of every member of staff and whether it deserves to be recognised and rewarded.

Every month a Superstar winner will be chosen from each First Operating Company. The Winner will receive £100 High Street store shopping vouchers in recognition of their contribution to the business and service to customers. If you are the person who nominated the monthly winner, you will receive a month's free travel for your self.
