Winner

Who does the voting and judging?

At the end of each month all the Superstar nomination forms for each First operating company will be gathered and reviewed by a judging panel.

For each area the judging panel will be made up of at least 4 people who represent the different parts of the business, for example a manager, driver, receptionist and engineer.

The judges will review all the nominations and decide on who will receive the Superstars award for that month.

The winner in each First Company will receive £100 High Street store shopping vouchers in recognition of their contribution to First and service to customers.

At the end of the year, a local Superstar of the Year will be chosen from all the monthly winners collected and awarded an exclusive local star prize.
