Voting and Judging
Who does the voting and judging?
At the end of each month all the Superstar nomination forms for each area will be gathered and reviewed by a judging panel.
For each area the judging panel will be made up of at least 4 people who represent the different parts of the business, for example a manager, driver, receptionist and engineer.
The judges will review all the nominations and decide on who will be awarded the Superstar of the Month.
Each Superstar of the Month will receive £100 BonusBond shopping vouchers in recognition of their contribution to the business and service to customers.
At the end of the year, a Regional Superstar of the Year will be chosen from all the monthly winners and awarded an exclusive local star prize of £1,000.
