Anyone who works on buses operated by First can be nominated - without exception. Think of people who make the business run smoothly and whose contribution has made a difference.
Of course, our drivers are the faces that meet the public every day and deliver great customer service, but there are also many 'unsung heroes' who work behind the scenes and go the extra mile.
Think about the real contribution of every member of staff and whether it deserves to be recognised and rewarded.
Every month a Superstar winner will be chosen from each Area in a Region. The winner will receive £100 BonusBond shopping vouchers in recognition of their contribution to the business and service to customers.
