Original reason for Nomination
Steven aided a customer prevent a serious crime. Whilst the lady challenged the thief, Steven reported the incident and remained with the passenger until the matter was resolved. The customer commented saying "I think it's rare in this day and age for people to get involved in things like this, but Steven did and he deserves recognition for that. I'm delighted to hear that he's been short listed to attend the national final. I'll keep my fingers crossed for him"
Steven showed a great deal of courage, initiative and provided extremely good service, over and above what would be expected of him.
