Audrey Halder, 74, has been with First since 2001 and we are proud to say is our oldest employee. She exhibits a great love for her job and nothing is too much trouble for her and this is reflected in the 5 customer nominations she received for her helpful and patient attitude.
A particular instance is when Audrey returned a uniform jacket that was left in lost property, back to a customer during her lunch hour. The Local Management team felt that Audrey's actions stood out as being beyond their expectations, and was judged as winner.
