With your 'local' FirstDay and FirstWeek tickets you only pay for the area within which you choose to travel. But to ensure we offer as much choice as possible we've also introduced a NEW ticket - FirstXtra ticket.
FirstXtra offers customers with FirstDay or FirstWeek tickets the option to extend the validity of their ticket. A FirstXtra ticket costs an additional £1 and must accompany a valid FirstDay or FirstWeek ticket.
For example:
If you buy a FirstDay or FirstWeek Lianelli ticket but decide to make a journey into Swansea, just pay a £1 extra for a FirstXtra ticket which will extend the ticket into Swansea Bay ticket area.
If you buy a FirstDay or FirstWeek Bridgend & County ticket but then decide to make a journey into Swansea, just pay a £1 extra for a FirstXtra ticket which will extend the ticket into the Swansea Bay ticket area.
Buy your FirstXtra ticket when you buy your FirstWeek ticket and extend your weeks travel for £1 (total cost £18.50).
