Keep your little monkeys amused at Plantasia for less, with First.

THIS summer you'll be able to keep your own little monkeys amused for less by taking them to Plantasia in Swansea. The attraction has joined First Cymru's Bargain Days out by Bus campaign to offer one free child entry with every full paying adult, on presentation of a special voucher and a valid bus ticket.
Kevin Hart, Commercial Director for First Cymru explains: "With the news that at an estimated 60% of Brits are planning to swap sun loungers for their own sofas this summer, the prospect of having a staycation - ie a holiday where you stay at home enjoying your local area - seems even more likely for many people. And this offer is definitely worth a second look. Plantasia is a great day out, giving families the chance to explore a unique tropical haven of wonderful plants and animals, without leaving the city. What better way to spend the afternoon than checking out the endangered cotton-top tamarine monkeys, with your own cheeky ones!"
In addition to monkeys, Plantasia offers visitors the chance to see an array of insects, reptiles and fish as well as whole host of tropical plants including prickly cacti and giant bamboo.
During the summer there are also a host of activities planned for children and families to take part in, including a Hothouse trail competition in which children have to hunt high and low for clues to solve a mystery.
In addition to the Plantasia offer, First Cymru has also worked with a number of other venues and attractions in the region to offer bus users more savings on days out. Specifically, those in possession of a valid voucher and bus ticket can enjoy free entry to the Mumbles Pier, 10% off bar food at the Angel Inn in Pontneddfechan, £1.50 off water park entry at the LC2, 10% off all food and drink at the Three Cliffs Coffee Shop (opposite the national trust car park in Southgate, Gower) and one free child entry, with a paying adult, at the National Trust's Rhaeadr Aberdulais Falls.
