Our Overground network provides high frequency, colour coded bus routes that give value for money and a realistic alternative to taking the car for commuters, shoppers, visiting friends or simply for getting around. Most of our services are operated by modern, Low Floor buses and we continue to invest in new vehicles.

For regular bus users we have a range of tickets all designed to save you money.  These range from a FirstDay ticket which gives a day's unlimited travel on all First buses in either Bradford or West Yorkshire, FirstWeek which gives 7 days unlimited travel in West Yorkshire and FirstMonth which gives unlimited travel within the Bradford Boundary.

First in Bradford is at the forefront of introducing new ideas to Transform Travel – from our revolutionary FirstCard smartcard which allows you to store your FirstDay and FirstMonth tickets or cash value on a card for easy, hassle free traveling, to the Manchester Road guideway which provides quicker, more accessible journeys on this busy corridor into the City.

We have recently introduced, in partnership with Metro, services 737 and 747 to Leeds Bradford Airport giving frequent, direct links and services that will save you the hassle and cost of driving and parking; an attractive thought, especially when you are returning from holiday or business.
