Otley
Otley market takes place every Tuesday, Friday and Saturday. There's also a licenced farmer's market on the last Sunday of each month. Otley is a ideal as a base for walks in the beautiful Yorkshire dales or for exploring the Chevin Forest. The Otley Show takes place in May each year with over 100 exhibitors including agriculture and craft.

Ilkley
Ilkley is located in the beautiful Yorkshire countryside and gives easy access to Ilkley Moor, perfect for walkers of all abilities. Ilkley is also home to one of Betty's famous tearooms, along with a great selection of other pubs and restaurants. The town also plays host to an annual literature festival.
How to get there: Catch service X84 from Leeds. You can also catch services 33, 33A to Otley and change to service 962. From Bradford, service 650 runs on Sunday only.

Skipton
Skipton is a lovely market town in North Yorkshire, home to a selection of local shops and eateries. Skipton Market takes place on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays with over 50 traders. Skipton Castle is a well preserved 900 year old medieval castle, located just off the high street and is well worth a visit.

Ilkley Lido
Ilkley Lido is one of the few remaining Lidos in the country. As it's an outside pool, it's recommended you check it's open before travelling - they've yet to work out how to control the English weather.
