What are we looking for?

• You need to hold a full current clean UK driving license - if you already hold a PCV (Passenger Carrying Vehicle) license then you can pass more quickly through our training scheme.
• You need to be physically fit.
• You need to have a friendly, outgoing personality.
• You need to be confident working with minimal supervision.
• Experience of handling cash and working in a customer service environment would be useful.

The Selection Process

You can apply online or call 01274 759535 for an application form. If your application is successful you will be invited to the next stage of the selection process.

This will involve visiting our depot in Bradford and taking part in the following:

• A short test paper with questions on simple maths, timetables, fare scales and the highway code.
• A short questionnaire to asses your personality.
• An interview with one of our recruitment team.
• A medical, conducted by the Company Doctor to check you are fit to meet PCV standards - this includes drugs screening.

If you are successful at this stage, an application will be made on your behalf for a Provisional PCV License with the Driving Standards Agency. Once you receive your license you can join our Driver Training Programme.
