Punctuality and Reliability - Updated with July and August figures

How are we doing?

Every month, commencing February 2007, we will publish our punctuality and reliability figures.

This will be in the form of the number of journeys actually starting from terminal points on time (punctuality) and the percentage of our scheduled mileage actually operated (reliability).

June 2007: Reliability 98.9%; Punctuality 93.5%
July 2007: Reliability 99.3%; Punctuality 93.5%
August 2007: Reliability 99.2%; Punctuality 94.1%
