Behaviour on board

Like all of our buses, we do our best to provide a safe service for everyone. Click here to see some advice on how to use our buses and how to be safe when travelling on our buses.

Our school buses are fitted with CCTV. Any vandalism or anti social behaviour on our buses is fully investigated using CCTV evidence and co-operation with First and the school. Threatening or abusive behaviour and vandalism on our buses can lead to being charged for the damage, being banned from the school bus and even prosecution.

A full time school liaison officer works at First in Bradford. If you have any concerns about a school service we operate please contact him on 01274 759540 to leave your details and you will be contacted back – it may not be possible to speak to someone immediately as the school liaison officer spends time visiting schools and observing school buses to ensure we provide the best service possible.
