Welcome to First! There’s a lot happening here in South Yorkshire at the moment and as such we hope you find this site a useful source of information regarding our bus services, travel offers and ticket promotions.

In June last year we introduced a fleet of 20 brand new state-of-the-art buses on our X78 service (Sheffield-Rotherham-Doncaster), an investment of £3.4million. As X78 continues to go from strength to strength we’re now looking forward to introducing more new buses this Spring in Doncaster on the A638 bus corridor, serving Rossington, Skellow and Woodlands at an additional £3million investment.

In January we introduced ‘local’ FirstDay tickets in Rotherham and Doncaster, extending the range of FirstDay tickets available. Plus customers can still benefit from some other great value for money ticket offers such as our £1.00 evening fare in Sheffield, available after 7pm Sunday - Thursday, just perfect for a night out on the town.

Don’t forget, students in Sheffield can continue to take advantage of our range of discounted tickets as well as low fares with UniLink (services 80, 80A, 80C, 90) and customers travelling between Stocksbridge and Sheffield City Centre can still buy a Stocksbridge 6 Day Saver at just £8.50.

On a final note, at the end of January we introduced changes to the routes and timetables on a number of services in Sheffield, Rotherham and Doncaster. For more information on these changes simply visit the timetables and maps section available on this website.
