Help your employees to the easier, greener way to work

TaxBuster travel is a Salary Sacrifice scheme that allows employees of participating organisations to pay for their bus travel direct from their salary before any other deductions are made, reducing tax and National Insurance contributions. This saving amounts to around 30% of the price of an annual ticket.

Flexible

  • We can help set up a TaxBuster scheme for any organisation that is located in an area served by our bus services, from medium sized local businesses to national organisations with offices in many locations.
  • Our bus networks serve more than 40 major towns and cities across the UK, including York. First is Britain’s largest bus operator running more than one in five of all local bus services.
  • We can give travel advice to your employees, helping them to save money and reduce their carbon footprint.
  • A simple to use electronic ordering system can be customised and set up for your organisation quickly and easily, supported by our dedicated order processing centre and helpline.

Rewarding

  • Encourage more socially responsible home to work travel.
  • Reduce congestion on roads around your business and in your car park.
  • Help employees who already travel by bus to save up to 30%* on their annual travel.

FirstGroup will host a seminar on TaxBuster travel at Kings Manor, Exhibition Square (next to Art Gallery, opposite Theatre Royal) 16th June from 9am to 1pm.

Speakers from First and PricewaterhouseCoopers will provide information on how the scheme works, and there will be an opportunity to ask questions during coffee and refreshments.

For more information on TaxBuster travel, or to book a place at the seminar, please contact Amanda Knowles, Sales Development Manager e: amanda.knowles@firstgroup.com or tel: 07921 941867
