Our Union Street Ticket sales office has now closed; however, you can still buy your tickets easily and get the best value through:
- Our First Bus App – plan a journey, buy tickets on your phone and track your bus before it arrives at your stop.
- Tap and Cap – capped contactless payments.

- Our drivers, on the bus – exact fare.
- Paypoint retailers
Lost property will now be located at our depot:
First Aberdeen, 395 King Street, Aberdeen, AB24 5RP
Opening times are 0900-1400, Monday to Friday.
We recommend passengers contact customer services on 0345 646 0707 – option 1 – if they believe their property has been left on a bus.
For face-to-face enquiries, VisitScotland iCentre is also open and can be found at 23 Union Street, Aberdeen. Please note that ticket sales are not available at this location.
Also a limited numbers of timetables will be available at our depot.
