Changes to our Berkshire Network: 1 June 2019
First Berkshire is making service changes on Saturday 1 June 2019, which will affect the following services:
Route 1: Slough – Farnham Road – Britwell
Minor changes to the Monday to Friday afternoon peak trips from Slough.
Route 3: Slough – Langley – Iver – Iver Heath – Uxbridge
Minor changes to Monday to Friday morning and afternoon peak trips from Slough towards Uxbridge.
Route 4: Slough – Bath Road – Maidenhead
Minor changes to Monday to Saturday morning and afternoon peak trips and early evening trips between Maidenhead towards Slough.
Route 7: Slough – Langley – Heathrow
Introduction of a new timetable to help improve punctuality. The daytime frequency Monday to Sunday will remain the same as the previous timetable.
Route 8 and 9: Slough – Heathrow – Staines – Egham – Windsor – Slough
Minor amendments to peak times to help improve punctuality. Certain journeys at Windsor will be diverted during the Changing of the Guard ceremony.
Route X74: Slough – Farnham Royal – High Wycombe
Minor amendments to Monday to Friday morning peak trips to help improve punctuality.
The changes that we are making to our network are the result of an extensive review of the passenger usage data and from travelling the routes to conduct primary research. These changes will better reflect the level of demand for our services and still offer routes for passengers to make their desired journeys.
