We love contactless payments on our buses. But Rajou doesn't.
Here's what he's got to say about it.
Hello Glasgow! I'm Rajou, of Rajou’s Convenience Store.
When First Glasgow introduced contactless payments on all their buses, I thought "what happens to the shop when no-one needs change for the bus?"
So please remember you can still get your 25p crisps, 50p sweets, hot vegetarian samosas, vegan pasties, and your chilled can of ginger right here at Rajou's. Even though you no longer need change for your bus fare.Rajou's convenience store, 69 Bank Street, Glasgow, G12 8NX.
Contactless: small change, to end small change.
Contactless payment is available on all First Buses. It’s a small change to end small change.
So whether it’s care-free commuting, awesome airport arriving or just a pop to the shops, contactless payment makes taking the bus easier than ever.
Buy your First Bus ticket with any contactless credit or debit card… or stay mobile with your mobile and use Android or Apple Pay.
Contactless payment is easy. Pay contactless next time you travel with us. :-)
We look forward to welcoming you on board!
