If you have lost anything on one of our buses, our customer services team can let you know if it has been handed in to the relevant depot.
Call us on 0345 646 0707 to confirm we have your item and if we do you'll then be given a unique reference number. To collect your item, please take this reference number to the relevant bus depot during lost property opening times.
Please do not go to the depot without receiving a reference number from customer services first as depot staff will be unable to help.

Any lost property found on our vehicles, providing the item is not perishable, will be kept for one month.
