Student tickets Refunds & Replacements
Refunds and Replacements for tickets sold online or through a ticket agent.
Tickets are to be treated as cash. If the ticket is lost or stolen a replacement ticket can be purchased for the fee of £25 (all-term and term 1, 2 and 3 tickets) and a fee of £10 for StudentMonth tickets.
If you purchased your ticket via our website, please ring 0345 646 0707, option 2 (ticket), option (3) Postal, and we can process your ticket replacement and payment over the phone.
If you purchased your ticket via a ticket agent, to apply for a replacement ticket you will be required to provide us with proof of purchase – to do this please ring 0345 646 0707, option 2 (tickets), option 3 (postal).
Replacement tickets are issued at the discretion of First. The expiry date on the replacement ticket will match the expiry date on the original ticket. No extra days will be granted to cover the time it takes to replace the ticket. No refunds will be issued if the ticket is no longer required before the expiry date stated on the ticket or if the customer moves residence. No refunds or extra days will be offered where special timetables operate, including Christmas and New Year, or where services are suspended.
