Refunds and Replacements for tickets sold online or through a ticket agent
Tickets are to be treated as cash. If the ticket is lost or stolen a replacement ticket can be purchased for the fee of £25. To apply for a replacement ticket, please send a cover letter containing your full name, postal address and start date of your ticket, enclosed in an envelope with proof of purchase and a cheque payable to First Great Western and send to UK Bus Ticketing, Unit 20 Time Technology Park, Blackburn Road, Simonstone, BB12 7TG.
If you ordered your ticket via our website, ring 01282 688 169 and we can process your replacement over the phone.
Replacement tickets are issued at the discretion of First. The expiry date on the replacement ticket will match the expiry date on the original ticket. No extra days will be granted to cover the time it takes to replace the ticket. No refunds will be issued if the ticket is no longer required before the expiry date stated on the ticket or if the customer moves residence. No refunds or extra days will be offered where special timetables operate, including Christmas and New Year, or where services are suspended.
