Hello and welcome to First in West Yorkshire
I am proud to lead a business in such an exciting county, with over 3000 local staff working hard to deliver great standards of customer service every day.
With continuing investment in modern, low emission buses, contactless payments, support from our partners, new customer service training for front line staff and good value for money fares, especially for the increasing numbers using our mobile tickets, we are making progress in delivering a network of bus services of a quality our customers rightly expect. But there is so much more to do. We recognise that for a variety of reasons, the reliability of our services over the last 12 months has fallen far short of the standards we expect, but I am confident that, as a result of a series of actions by many of us, you will and must experience better from us in 2018.
