FAQs

Frequent Services

Our frequent shuttle service runs from near Leeds Railway Station on Sovereign Street in Leeds City Centre.

Day Return and Period Return wristbands are £10 with Singles at £6. The Tesco Shopper bus service costs £6 return per day.

Our services start on Wednesday 22nd August. You can purchase wristbands on the day, or to avoid this queue why not buy your ticket online now available until 7 days before the event – wristbands will be posted out to you and then you can proceed direct to the bus loading area. See the buttons below for full timetables and stop locations.

I purchased my ticket online. When will I receive my ticket?

When you have completed your booking your travel wristbands will be posted out to you, provided the booking is made by Tuesday 14th August at the latest. After this date we will still accept advance bookings but your emailed confirmation will have to be exchanged on the day of travel for your travel wristband. This process will still be quicker than paying cash on the day. This e-mail will have your journey details, passenger names as well as your unique booking reference number. Simply print this e-mail and hand it to a member of staff at one of the wristband collection sites shown or show the email to the ticket assistants on your phone. You will need a correctly coloured wristband to board the bus as you won’t be able to board a bus with the booking confirmation alone. At least one person in each party will need to show photo ID matching the name given on the booking.  For ID a photocopy of an official document like a passport or driving licence is sufficient.

What happens on the day of travel?

For cash or credit / debit card sales on the day, our staff will direct you to our booking outlets on Sovereign Street, Leeds where our staff will sell you the correct coloured wristbands to coincide with your travel dates. If booking a Period Return you will need to advise your return journey date as different days will be serviced by different coloured wristbands. Daily return journeys will only require the one wristband colour.

At Leeds Railway Station look out for signage directing you to the main station exit turning left towards the Queens Hotel where our staff wearing “First” branded hi-viz clothing will be present to direct you further. Present your printed / email booking confirmation and ID to collect your wristband or pay by cash or card at our ticket bus.  If already wearing a wristband our staff will direct you straight to the bus loading point.

Unlimited Travel and Shopper Shuttle wristbands: if you aren't travelling to the festival site by one of our services, you can collect any other wristbands you wish to purchase from our ticket office located by the bus loading area by “Yellow gate” at Bramham Park. If you are travelling to the site with us, you'll be issued with the necessary wristband(s) as above.

What ID do I need to pick-up my wristband?

Photo ID.  For example, passport, drivers licence, student ID, work ID.  Anything sensible will do and we will accept photocopies if you are concerned about losing your official documents.

Can I make a booking on behalf of someone else?

Yes, you can but the booking must be made in the name of the person travelling and that person must produce the booking confirmation and their own relevant photo ID to exchange for a wristband.

Can I show my booking confirmation on my phone screen?

Yes, but you also need to show photo ID.

I want to change my ticket.  What do I do?

Up until the day of travel, we are happy to refund your booking so you can rebook the correct ticket.  Call us on 01282 688169 with your booking reference and we’ll get this sorted for you.
