Changes to Coastal area services X1|X11 - 1|1A - Seasider 3 & Lowestoft town buses 101, 102, 103, 105, 106, 122 - from Sunday 26th May 2019
We're making some changes to the timetables for some of bus services on the east coast, and between the coast and city from Sunday 26th May 2019. The majority of the changes are minor and many are in order to accommodate extra passengers travelling around the coastal area during the summer.
Details of the changes to each route are shown below and timetables are available to download now at the bottom of the page.
X1|X11 - Norwich - Great Yarmouth - Belton or Lowestoft
There are some minor timetable changes to this service from Mondays to Saturdays to help us to keep to time when traffic conditions on the A47 corridor are poor. There are no changes to routes or frequency.

Lowestoft town service 101
There will be changes to the times of buses on Sundays in order to help us to run to time. Buses from Hollow Grove to the town centre will no longer continue to Gunton Estate and a change of bus will be required in this direction only.
Times of buses on Monday to Saturday daytimes will be unchanged.
Lowestoft town service 102
This route will be extended to serve the new housing development at Woods Meadow up to every 30 minutes, operating a one-way loop around Dunston Drive, Lime Avenue and Sands Lane.
Due to very low passenger numbers, buses will now only operate the loop around Claydon Drive and Higher Drive between approximately 0900 and 1400.
Buses will operate later in the afternoon and evening along the standard route, replacing journeys on service 122.
There will be a new timetable to include the changes above.
Lowestoft town service 103
Due to the low numbers of passengers using the service within Carlton Colville, buses will now terminate within the Lansdowne Road estate in Pakefield, operating a new loop via Kilbourn Road and Ship Road.
Carlton Colville will continue to be served by X22 buses, running 7 days a week, up to every 30 minutes.
Lowestoft Town service 105
There will be extra journeys added in the late afternoon & early evening along the normal route, replacing journeys on service 122.
Lowestoft Town service 106
There will be a new timetable for this service. However the route and frequency will remain the same.
Lowestoft Town service 122
The current early morning and evening journeys (except the Saturday evening late journey) will be replaced by buses operating on the 102 and 105 services.
A *NEW* service 122 will operate every hour during the day on Sundays and public holidays along a new route through Oulton and Oulton Village that will include the Woods Meadow development.
Timetables for all of the services above are available to download now from the links below, and printed copies will be available from all of our usual outlets around two weeks before the services begin.
