Changes to X1|X11 - X2|X21|X22 - 1|1A - 99 & 4 Timetables from Sunday 27th May 2018
We're making some changes to the timetables for some of our coastal bus services from Sunday 27th May 2018. The majority of the changes are minor and many are in order to accommodate extra passengers travelling around the coastal area during the summer.
Outline details of the changes to each route are shown below and timetables are available to download now at the bottom of the page.
X1|X11 - Norwich - Great Yarmouth - Belton or Lowestoft
There are some minor timetable changes to this service.
X2|X21|X22 - Norwich - Loddon - Beccles - Lowestoft
Due to the change in road layout on the A146 at Hales, buses will no longer enter Hales village. However, all buses will now serve the new bus stops on the A146 making travel even more convenient from this area.
There are other minor timetable changes to this service, mainly in the morning peak to improve punctuality.
Coastal Clipper 1|1A - Martham - Hemsby - Caister - Gt Yarmouth - Gorleston - Lowestoft
We will be introducing a summer timetable, including the operation of extra buses between Hemsby and Great Yarmouth Rail Station and Vauxhall Holiday Centre operated by service 1B until mid September.
There are other minor timetable changes to this service.
Coastal Clipper 99 - Lowestoft - Kessingland - Southwold
We will be running an extra journey between Lowestoft and Kessingland, leaving Lowestoft Bus Station at 1440 Mondays to Fridays. This will return from Kessingland, Africa Alive at 1505. Additional journeys will operate on Sundays during the summer season.
Great Yarmouth Seasider 3
We will be re-introducing our popular Open Top service along Great Yarmouth seafront to & from Seashore Holiday Centre.
Great Yarmouth town service 4
Buses will operate the opposite way around Tessera Park in Caister, departing Prince of Wales Road one minute earlier than at present.
