New bus link to the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital from 30th June 2019
From Sunday 30th June, the new Cringleford Bus Interchange will open making connections to the Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital even easier when travelling from the south or west of the city.
Pink Line 11|12 buses operate direct between Wroxham - Sprowston - City Centre - Cringleford Bus Interchange - N&NU Hospital up to every 10 mins on Mondays to Saturdays (up to every 30 mins on Sundays).
The following services will also call at the Cringleford Bus Interchange, allowing a simple change of bus to & from Pink Line 11|12 services:
Turquoise Line 13|13A|13B|13C|X13 (from 28th July 2019)
Attleborough - Wymondham - Cringleford Bus Interchange - City Centre - Old Catton - Spixworth
buses run up to every 30 mins
Green Line 14|15|15A (from 28th July 2019)
Wymondham - Hethersett - Cringleford Bus Interchange - City Centre - Rail Station then Dussindale (14) or Brundall (15|15A) and Acle (15) or Lingwood(15A)
buses run up to every 15 mins
excel (from 30th June 2019)
Peterborough - Wisbech - Kings Lynn - Swaffham - Dereham - Cringleford Bus Interchange - Norwich Bus Station

Where to get on your bus at the interchange...
Stop A heading towards the N&N Hospital will be served by Excel and Pink Line 11/12. Passengers wishing to return on Excel to Dereham and beyond should get off Pink Line at stop B and walk backwards to stop C.
Evening Turquoise Line 13A buses will also use stop A going towards the N&N Hospital and stop C going towards Wymondham.
Network Norwich Turquoise Line buses 13, 13A, 13B, 13C and X13 plus Green Line buses 14, 15 and 15A will also serve the Cringleford Bus Interchange from Sunday 28th July. There will be slight timetable changes from that date to accommodate this, but passengers from Attleborough, Wymonhdam and Hethersett will be able to change in Cringleford also.
Fares & Tickets
The Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital is in the Norwich Zone.
All day, week, month or 10-trip tickets, as well as Student Saver or annual tickets valid for the Norwich Zone or Explorer Zone can be used on buses to & from the hospital.
Passengers travelling on excel buses from beyond Dereham (New Scarning) will need to buy a Network Zone ticket for travel between the Cringleford Bus Interchange and the hospital. Unfortunately, Excel zone tickets are not valid on Pink Line 11|12 services.
