Located right in the heart of Norwich city centre, students at Norwich University of the Arts can use any of our full range of bus services right across the city and beyond to get them to and from their studies.
And you'll save money with one of our great value passes, all giving unlimited travel on any of our services; you can even use them in the evenings and at weekends too.
Our high frequency, Network Norwich colour coded services operate to all corners of the city and nearby towns and villages with buses on some routes operating up to every 7 minutes. Whichever route you use you'll be just a short walk from NUA with all services stopping on either Castle Meadow or St Stephens Street.
And if you're travelling from further afield we operate three frequent, high quality interurban services offering direct links to the city from the east coast and across the west of the county.
X1 & X11 buses operate up to every 15 minutes between Norwich Bus Station and Great Yarmouth & Gorleston, serving Acle on the way and continuing to either Lowestoft (X1) or Belton (X11).
X2 | X21 | X22 buses operate up to every 15 minutes between Norwich Bus Station and Lowestoft, stopping at Loddon (X21 & X22) and Beccles on the way.
excel buses operate up to every 30 minutes between Norwich Bus Station and Dereham, continuing to Swaffham, Kings Lynn and beyond.
Ticket deals for NUA students...
Exclusively to NUA students, we can offer our Student Saver range of tickets to any student regardless of age. Normally these tickets are only available to buy by those aged 19 and under.
With one of our student saver tickets you can use our buses whenever you like, as much as you like including weekends, evenings and half term holidays…ideal for college, a trip to the shops, meeting your mates and much more.

You can buy your NUA ticket from our First Travel Centre on Castle Meadow
Just remember to bring along your NUA student ID in order to buy either our Student Saver tickets if you're over 19 or if you want to buy a discounted monthly or annual ticket.
We're open Monday - Friday 0900 to 1730 and Saturday from 0900 to 1200.
