Great ticket deals for UEA Students & Staff
We offer a range of discounted tickets that are exclusive to students (and staff) of the UEA. You can buy these as normal paper tickets or (as we know all students are pretty tech-savvy) as mTickets on your mobile phone.
All of our tickets offer you unlimited travel on any of our buses either all across Norwich, or over our entire network which covers Norfolk, Suffolk and beyond and are far, far cheaper than buying tickets from the driver on the bus!
UEA Annual Norwich - £225
By far our best value ticket, you can travel as much as you like on absolutely any of our Network Norwich bus routes in and around the city for a ridiculous £1 per day or £7 per week* - that's less than the cost of one and a half Young Person Return tickets between uni and the city!
*And what's more - that's only worked out over 32 academic weeks...you can use it for a whole 52!!
You can also use it on:
X1 & X11 buses as far as Acle
X2 | X21 | X22 buses as far as Beccles & Worlingham
X1 EXCEL buses as far as Dereham
UEA Trio Norwich - £205
Valid on all of our buses in the Norwich Zone, exactly the same as the UEA Annual, this ticket gives even cheaper travel if you're only here during the academic year. At just a smidge over 90p per day you're getting unlimited travel for a third of the cost of an adult single ticket (they're £2.70 from UEA to the city).
And if you're living on campus, you've only got to head into the city and back around twice in a week and you're quid's in!
In the 2017-18 academic year, Trio tickets are valid from 18th September 2017 to 24th June 2018.
UEA Solo Norwich - £99
In response to requests for UEA students, for 2017 we're introducing the UEA Solo Norwich ticket. Exactly the same as the Tio and Annual, you can use it on all our Network Norwich buses, but this time you're just paying for one term at a time. Ideal if you're only with us for a short time.
Autumn Term 2017: 18th September 2017 - 17th December 2017
Spring Term 2018: 8th January 2018 - 18th March 2018
Summer Term 2018: 9th April 2018 - 24th June 2018
