We guarantee that we will review it regularly to ensure that it meets our customers' needs and that it is a fair reflection of the level of service we aim to provide. You will find information on the service standards you can expect to receive from us and how we are committed to making your journey as easy as possible.
Our Customer Charters apply to all bus services operated by First in Hampshire and the BRT Eclipse bus services.
