Show your support for Pompey on 31 March will earn you free bus travel
To show their support to Portsmouth FC in the Checkatrade Trophy Final at Wembley against Sunderland AFC, bus users donning Pompey shirts on Sunday 31 March will enjoy free travel anywhere on the First Solent network.

As the level of pride swells and more and more people get behind Pompey, First Solent drivers will swap their uniforms for Pompey shirts and customers boarding First Solent services will be allowed to travel for free on 31 March if they’re wearing Pompey shirts.
The match between Pompey and Sunderland at Wembley Stadium will kick off at 2.30pm.
Simon Mohammad, Interim Head of Operations for First Solent, said: “This is an historic occasion, and our staff, and many of our customers are bursting with pride at the way Pompey have conducted themselves to date. We’re proud to do our bit, and many of our drivers will be showing their support by wearing blue on the day of the final. We want to help fans get to where they need to be that day to support their team during the final, so we’re offering free travel to anyone who is wearing Pompey shirts on 31 March. We’re all willing Portsmouth FC on, all we need now is for them to be the best in the Final.”

For all our fans that are unable to travel to Wembley, jumping on a First bus to your friend’s house or local pub is the next best option to watch the action!”
