You want to see more reliable buses
Reliable services are our number 1 priority. We have new technology behind the scenes to assist us in setting timetables that more accurately reflect how long journeys take; our service changes on 15 June include timetables using this technology and we continue to monitor all of our services and design new timetables around this.
Naturally, traffic congestion is the biggest barrier to operating reliable services and we continue to work with our local authority partners to find solutions to this.
