Network changes from 23 September 201823 Sep 2018 all areas
A small number of timetables and routes will be changing from the above date to improve the reliability of our network. Here are the details:
Services 8/8A/8B Hanley – Norton – Ball Green/Endon
Most trips on service 8A are retimed by a few minutes on Mondays to Fridays. Trips towards Endon that also serve Ball Green will be rerouted to serve Knypersley Road towards Ball Green then Pinfold Avenue from Ball Green.
Services 11/12/12A Hanley - Bentilee - Longton (- Newcastle)
Minor changes to times throughout the week. Service 11 leaving Newcastle will no longer observe the stop at the bottom of King Street.
Services 21/21A Hanley - Stoke – Trentham
Minor timing changes on Mondays to Fridays. Buses will no longer serve the bus stop in Glebe Street, Stoke, opposite the Town Hall.
Services 23/23A Hanley - Stoke - Blurton – Newstead
Minor timing changes on Mondays to Fridays.
Service 25 Hanley – Stoke – RSUH – Newcastle – Keele
The ‘Term’ service is reintroduced without any changes to the last term timetable. Buses will run every 10 minutes in the daytime (Mon-Fri) from Hanley to Keele.
Services 72/72A Newcastle - Clayton
Minor changes to times throughout the week. New route towards Clayton, turning right out of the bus station into Barracks Road, over the roundabout into Brook Lane, no longer serving Blackfriars Road or Morrisons. We hope to site a bus stop outside the car wash as you enter Clayton Road.
Service 101 Hanley – Newcastle – Stone – Stafford
Minor changes to times throughout the week. New route coming back into Hanley, turning right at the traffic lights in Broad Street and using Potteries Way and Bethesda Street to reach the bus station. The bus stops on either side of the road at Cemetery Road, Shelton will be taken out of use. Buses leaving Newcastle will no longer observe the stop at the bottom of King Street.
