Network changes from 28 October 201828 Oct 2018 all areas
A small number of timetables and routes will be changing from the above date to improve the reliability of our network. Here are the details:
Service 4 Hanley – Newcastle – Chesterton – Audley
On Mondays to Fridays the 1717hrs trip from Hanley and 1847 return will operate as a 4E. On Saturdays the 1715 from Hanley and 1832 return will also operate as a 4E.
The route of service 4E in Audley will become Church Street, Wereton Road, Station Road (Halmerend), Heathcote Road (Miles Green), Rye Hills, Hougher Wall Road, Church Street.
Service 7A Hanley - Smallthorne - Chell - Biddulph
On Schooldays the 1418hrs trip from Hanley and the 1500hrs trip from Biddulph will operate direct along Tunstall Road between Brindley Ford and Biddulph, to avoid school traffic congestion in Park Lane and Brown Lees.
Services 8A/8B Hanley – Norton – Brown Edge - Endon
Buses will no longer serve Brown Edge Schools. Instead these trips will operate as 8A serving Brown Edge village and Endon
Services 11/12/12A Hanley - Bentilee - Longton (- Newcastle)
Early morning trips to Hanley which start at the depot before 0900hrs (Mon-Sat), 1000hrs (Sunday) will start at the Waggon & Horses instead.
Service 99 Newcastle – Porthill – Tunstall – Chell - Bradeley
On Schooldays the 0816hrs trip from Bradeley will operate along High Lane and Greenbank Road, and not serve Carlton Avenue or Irene Avenue, to avoid school traffic congestion in Little Chell lane
Service 100 Bradeley - Tunstall - Middleport - Burslem - Festival Park - Hanley - Cobridge - Bradeley circular
New route and timetable, now serving Baskeyfield House in Middleport and extending to Hanley.
