|Very, very disappointed to learn that Ocean Village is being removed from your route map... The 3 and X4/X5 no longer using Canute Road from September! There are many, many residents and workers in the area of Ocean Village using your services, a number of whom have difficulty walking... now they will face extended and painful excursions to what will be the nearest bus stop... all because of 2 trains per day crossing Canute Road! Please think again!||
Our plan was to re-route service 3, X4 and X5 away from Ocean Village due to the significant amount of delays caused in this area driven by traffic congestion. Punctuality of buses is highly important for everyone using the bus. However, following feedback from customers and stakeholders, we decided to maintain the current routing of service 3 in Ocean Village but run via Town Quay as well.
