First and Yellow Buses to run Brockenhurst College buses
- Bus operators to provide student transport for at least three years
First Hampshire has been awarded the contract to operate buses to Brockenhurst College in the New Forest. The new agreement will see First Hampshire, together with Yellow Buses as sub-contractor, providing the college’s student transport for at least three years.
The bus operators will provide 14 home-to-college routes plus one lunchtime service to and from Ringwood. The catchment area covers Bournemouth to Salisbury and to the outskirts of Southampton. Students travelling by bus will have access to free Wi-Fi and USB charging points on all vehicles.
