|Do bus drivers know how to greet customers?? Are all bus drivers generally in a negative mood?Not being funny but I'm on the number 10 bus to Dorchester from Weymouth and the male bus driver never greeted me on my arrival and none to any other customers upon joining...like What??||
We have now introduced Journey Makers, a mandatory training programme for all drivers to ensure they have a better understanding of customers needs.
