The Street in Chilcompton will be closed to service 173 and the Sunday and Bank Holiday service on the 174 (that runs via Chilcompton on those days only) from the first bus on Tuesday 30th April, and will remain fully closed until the last bus on Tuesday 14th May, to facilitate carriageway works.
Service 173 heading towards Bath from Broadway instead of turning left into Bakers Lane will continue along into Wells Road, left into Silver Street and follow the road through to Midsomer Norton along Redfield Road and Withies Park to resume normal route at the junction of Riverside Gardens and Chilcompton Road
Service 173 heading towards Wells will operate the reverse of the above.
Service 174 on Sundays/Bank Holidays only will divert from the B3355 as above in both directions,
Regretfully the bus stops between and including Bakers Lane and Riverside Gardens will not be served and passengers are advised to board or alight at either the Co-op bus stop on the Broadway/Wells Road or the Braewood bus stop on Chilcompton Road.

Broadway, Weston-super-Mare - CLOSURE - (7)
Broadway in Weston-super-Mare will be closed overnight to service 7 between 20:00 and 06:00 from Monday 13th through to Friday 31st May (excluding weekends and Bank Holiday Monday) to facilitate carriageway works.
Service 7 will be diverted via Devonshire Road and the A370 to resume normal route from The Runway bus stop in Haywood Village.
Regretfully all bus stops between and including Colombo Crescent on Windwhistle Lane and Gilder Avenue in Haywood Village will not be served and passengers are advised to board or alight at either Broadoak School bus stops on Devonshire Road, Weston Hospital bus stops or The Runway bus stops in Haywood Village for travel in both directions.

Worle Bus Hub - BUS STOP CLOSURES - (6, 7, 9, X1, X5 & A3)
The entrance to the Worle Bus Hub by McDonalds will be closed to services 6, 7, 9, X1, X5 and A3 between 09:00 and 15:30 on Tuesday 7th and Wednesday 8th May (two days) to facilitate carriageway works.
Bus stops A and B will not be served and services will be diverted to enable them to serve bus stops C and D heading in both directions of travel. Please use stops C and D during this period only.

Shaftesbury Road, Bath - CLOSURE - (8)
Shaftesbury Road in Bath will be closed overnight to service 8 between 19:00 and 07:00 on Tuesday 7th, Wednesday 8th and Thursday 9th May (three nights) to facilitate carriageway works.
Service 8 will be diverted via Third Avenue (section between King Edward Road and Oldfield Lane) in both directions and regrettably the Shaftesbury Road bus stop on Third Avenue and the Beckhampton Road bus stop will not be served and passengers are advised to board or alight at either the Second Avenue bus stop on King Edward Road or the Hillside Hall bus stop on Hillside Road for both directions.

Silver Street, Yeovil - CLOSURE - (77)
Silver Street in Yeovil is currently closed to service 77 and will remain fully closed until Friday 10th May to facilitate essential carriageway works.
Service 77 heading towards Yeovil Bus Station only will be diverted via Court Ash to resume normal route at Market Place.
Regretfully The Borough bus stop will not be served and passengers are advised to board or alight at the bus stop in Court Ash by the rank of shops.

Bus Stop disruption - Cumberland Road, Bristol (m2)
The Wapping Wharf stops on Cumberland Road, Bristol, served by metrobus service m2 are currently suspended, until the second week of May 2024. This is due to roadworks in the vicinity of the stop.
Temporary stops have been installed. Towards the City Centre, the temporary stop is before the roadworks and normal (suspended) stop. Towards Long Ashton Park & Ride, the temporary stop is situated just after the roadworks and normal (suspended) bus stop.

SS Great Britain stop towards Long Ashton Park & Ride is currently suspended, until June 2024. This is due to adjacent bridge works.
Unfortunately, there is no temporary stop in this location, and customers will need to use either the Wapping Wharf stop before or the Cumberland Basin stop after the SS Great Britain stop.
The SS Great Britain stop towards the City Centre is unaffected and buses are serving this stop as usual.
South Road, Weston-super-Mare - CLOSURE - (5)
South Road in Weston-super-Mare will be closed to service 5 from 07:00 on Monday 22nd April and will remain fully closed until 17:00 Friday 9th August (estimated) to facilitate carriageway works.
Service 5 will be diverted from the end of St Josephs Road via Upper Church Road and Highbury Road to resume normal route on Atlantic Road.
Regretfully the Upper Church Road, Quarry, Holland House and Court Apartments bus stops will not be served and passengers are advised to board or alight at either the All Saints Church bus stop on St Josephs Road or the Highbury Road bus stop on Atlantic Road.

A4, Bath Road (part), Brislington - EMERGENCY OVERNIGHT CLOSURE - (1, 39, X39 & 522)
The A4 Bath Road at the junction and including St Phillips Causeway and Sandy Park Road will be closed overnight to service 1, 39, X39 and 522 between 20:00 and 06:00 from Wednesday 8th through to and including Friday 10th May (three nights) to facilitate carriageway works.
Please note that the diversions below will increase journey times so please allow extra time for travel.

Service 1 heading towards Broomhill after serving the Temple Meads bus stop instead of going onto the Bath Road will take the Wells Road as far as the traffic lights at Callington Road then turn left to the traffic lights onto Bath Road, then onto Wick Road and right into Allison Road to resume normal route.
Service 1 heading towards Cribbs Causeway will operate the reverse of the above.
Regretfully the Winchester Road, Repton Road and Arnos Court A bus stops in Sandy Park Road and the ones on the Bath Road will not be served in either direction and passengers are advised to board or alight at the Wick Crescent bus stops on Allison Road or Temple Meads. All bus stops on the Wells Road will also be observed as well as the bus stops in Brislington Square in both directions and Eagle Road (heading towards Broomhill) and the Grove Park Road bus stop on Bath Road (just after the end of Wick Road), heading towards Cribbs Causeway.

Services 39 and X39 heading towards Bath after serving the Temple Meads bus stop instead of going onto the Bath Road will take the Wells Road as far as the traffic lights at Callington Road then turn left onto Bath Road to resume normal routes at the Eagle Road bus stop on Bath Road just prior to Wick Road.
Services 39, X39 and 522 heading towards Bristol after serving Brislington Square bus stop will turn around at the one-way system on the Bath Road to come back down Bristol Hill and Bath Road, then turn right at the traffic lights onto Callington Road then Wells Road to resume normal route at he junction of Bath Road. the reverse of the above.
Regretfully the bus stops Totterdown Bridge, Paintworks, Arnos Court and Tramway Road in both directions will not be served and the Eagle Road bus stop heading towards Bristol will also not be served and passengers are advised to board or alight at either Temple Meads or the Eagle Road bus stop that would normally head towards Bath for travel in both directions. The bus stops in Brislington Square heading towards Bristol will continue to be used.

A432 Badminton Road M4 bridge - CLOSURE - (Y1)
The A432 Badminton Road will be closed from the Willy Wicket roundabout to the junction of Church Road in Frampton Cotterell from 19:00 on Wednesday 12th July to service Y1 until further notice, until at least 2025.
The A432 Badminton Road is still open between Church Road and Cuckoo Lane for vehicles and the bridge will remain open to pedestrians and cyclists until the bridge over the M4 is demolished.
Please note as a result of this closure the service Y1 will suffer inevitable delays and passengers are advised to allow extra time on their journeys. This will also cause delays to all other services in the area due to the high volume of dispersed traffic finding alternative routes.
The Bristol Zone boundary bus stop will be the Quarry Barton bus stop on Bristol Road by Whiteshill Common.

Service Y1 heading towards Yate & Chipping Sodbury will operate as normal as far as the traffic lights at Hambrook junction but instead of going straight across, will divert left onto the B4058 Bristol Road (serving 'The Stream' bus stop), through Winterbourne village, then turn right into Church Road to its end and left onto Badminton Road (part unaffected) to resume normal route. Service Y1 heading towards Bristol will operate the reverse of the above.
Regretfully the following bus stops will not be served during this closure in both directions:
Hambrook - Cuckoo Lane - Down Road - Park Lane - Station Road - St Saviours Church - Heathcote Drive
Heading towards Bristol the Church Road bus stop on Badminton Road will also not be served.
All bus stops on the diversion route will be observed in both directions including the bus stop outside of the Co-op in Winterbourne village heading towards Bristol.

TEMPORARY BUS STOP - Dalby Avenue, Bedminster - BUS STOP CLOSURE - (70, 75, 76, m1 & A1)
The Dalby Avenue bus stop in Bedminster is currently closed to services 70, 75, 76, m1 and A1 and will remain fully closed until May 2024 for further development works for approximately two years.
From Monday 4th December there will be a temporary bus stop positioned outside of The Toast Room approximately 320 metres further along from the Bedminster Parade bus stop. The Bedminster Parade bus stop will be served as normal.
Please note: due to short notice of the temporary stop being put in position, Journey Planning data will not show results for Dalby Avenue stop until the next available data upload.
